The Rebirth of Camden Foundation (ROCF), a non-profit organization, is dedicated to supporting the children of Camden, New Jersey, so they are able to thrive in school and in life for the promise of a bright future. This is accomplished by raising funds to meet children’s needs for housing, food, clothing, educational assistance and a safe place to play and grow. ROCF was founded in 2012 by two Camden natives, Tyheem Baker and Jrue Neal, who wanted the children to have safe places to play, learn and grow. In its early years, ROCF raised funds through celebrity basketball games and through the support of private donors. These funds supported after-school and summer programs and provided backpacks, school supplies, and winter gear for children in need. Today, ROCF raises funds through a variety of events and supports programs administered through organizations focused on Camden children and families, including Virtua Foundation.

Since 2016, the Rebirth of Camden Foundation has raised nearly $3,000 to support Virtua’s efforts in Camden.
