Michelle and Bob Wagner, partners in Ott’s Restaurants, are all too familiar with the effects of breast cancer. When Michelle was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2010, she received care at Virtua Memorial. The outstanding treatment and exceptional care she received inspired Michelle, her husband, and the rest of the Ott’s family to support other families who face the same diagnosis by donating proceeds from their annual golf outing to Virtua Foundation.

For 13 years, Ott’s Restaurants, a popular chain of southern New Jersey eateries, has hosted an annual golf outing that raises powerful funds for a variety of charities in the community. Since 2010, they have directed their support toward Virtua Foundation’s Tyanna Barre O’Brien Breast Care Comfort Fund.

These gifts provide breast cancer patients with wigs, transportation to treatment, assistance with medications, and other items or services that help to provide the highest level of comfort when patients need it most. With the help of sponsors, employees, patrons, and friends, Ott’s is proud to have raised over $125,000 during the last 6 years from their annual golf outing.
